My cakes are covered in buttercream and my flowers are made from chocolate, without the use of wires so your caterer can cut your cake without the worry of removing pieces first. In addition to the cake, I have many stands to rent, including this large tree trunk. These must be cut and dried months in advance to be sure all living creatures have vacated.
